Children's Court Mediation

Antelope Valley Dependency Mediation

Currently, 90% of our funding needs are related to the Children's Court Mediation program,  Serving the most at-risk families and children at the 25 courtrooms located at the Edmund D. Edelman Courthouse in Monterey Park, California.

2018: Mediators donated more than 1,700 hours valued at over $340,000.

2018: 96% Agreement rate.

Antelope Valley Dependency Mediation

Antelope Valley Dependency Mediation

Serves the most at-risk families and children at the three courtrooms located at the Alfred J. McCourtney Juvenile Justice Center in Lancaster, California. When combined with the Children’s Court Mediation Program, we serve all of the dependency courts for all of Los Angeles County.

Children’s Court Adoption Program

Serves the children, biological parents, foster parents, adopting parents, and families for all of Los Angeles County.

Contested Adoptions are mediated with the care, compassion, and wisdom they require, by appointment, at the Children's Court in Monterey Park.

Graduates Program (for follow-through)

Serves parents, guardians, grandparents, and families we have worked with in one of our other programs, providing ongoing support, agreement modifications, and coaching with the goal of more peaceful relationships. Participation in this program is voluntary, and begins only when a parent, foster parent, grandparent, other family member, or guardian reaches out to us.

Family (community) Mediation Program

Serves the children, families, and communities throughout Southern California, by helping to reduce and resolve conflicts.
