ABOUT THE TIGER TEAM

The Tiger Team is SCFM’s administrative and operations backbone.  Some Tiger Team members support parents, guardians, and family members coordinate with the mediators, attorneys, and courts.  Other Tiger Team members sustain, develop, promote and fund the program’s mission and daily work.

TIGER TEAM OPPORTUNITIES

Producer - Education, Social Media, Channel, Video

Role Overview

This role focuses on planning and aggressively growing SCFM’s various education products, including our in-house 40-hour course, a low cost 25-hour course, and free public education through YouTube and other social media platforms.

Help us further develop & improve our education products, including:

  1. AFADCM-40, Advanced Family And Dependency Court Mediation-40
  2. AFADCM-25, Advanced Family And Dependency Court Mediation-25


Develop and Administer our courses on Thinkific.


Help us create and develop a thriving free public education social media presence, focusing on YouTube, shorts, Facebook, and Instagram.

  1. Lead our channel development.
  2. Help edit our many pre-recorded hours of education
  3. Titles & thumbnails

Investments & Investor Relations Director

Role Overview

This role focuses on sustaining and growing SCFM’s funding by building strong relationships with donors and ensuring grants and investments are stewarded thoughtfully. Every dollar raised directly supports peace-building work for children and families in dependency court.

   •    Grant research, writing, and submission

   •    Steward relationships with donors and Peace Partner Investors

   •    Understand donor motivations and ensure they feel informed, valued, and connected to impact

   •    Track grant objectives and ensure funds are used in alignment with stated goals

   •    Support long-term fundraising strategy and sustainability


   •    Experience with nonprofit fundraising, grants, or development

   •    Strong communication and relationship-building skills

   •    Organized, proactive, and mission-driven

Executive Assistant to the Executive Mediation & Development

Role Overview

This role supports the internal operations of SCFM and helps keep the organization running smoothly. It’s a great opportunity to learn nonprofit operations while contributing meaningfully to a mission-driven team.

     •    Support internal administrative and organizational systems

   •    Assist with internal communications to help keep the team informed, engaged, and supported

   •    Provide systems support for in-person and virtual events

   •    Assist with social media, website updates, and online tools

   •    Support scheduling, coordination, and information management


   •    Strong organizational and communication skills

   •    Comfort working with multiple systems and tools

   •    Interest in nonprofit operations and mission-driven work

   •    Reliability and attention to detail
